I have been/am/will be trying to stick with/develop/establish this new routine for a while/a few weeks/about a month now, and I must say/tell you/honestly admit it's beenworking out great/a real game-changer/not what I expected. I used to/am accustomed to/always waking up at a crazy hour/such a late time/early in the morning, but now I try to wake up/get up/rise and shine around 7 am/8 am/6:30 am.
